Vintage Soul Event Designer Package
Amy offers four main packages, depending on what is needed for your ceremony ad reception.
For the bride who wants it all handled, the event designer package includes everything but the kitchen sink! It covers booking venue and vendors, save the dates/invitations, liaison services, event design, props and rentals coordination, scheduling, set up/tear down services, and coordination of the rehearsal/day of. Design and Coordination
Do you have a handle on your wedding, but need some help with execution? Look no further than the design and coordination package. It includes a list of recommended vendors with liaison services, personalized design of your big day, props and rental coordination, wedding timeline, set up/tear down services, and day-of coordination. This leaves you free to enjoy the party while still knowing you had a hand in everything!
The design and coordination package can be split up into just a design package, including wedding décor creation and implementation, or just day-of coordination. In short, there’s an option for every couple’s needs!
No Cost Extras
Whether real flowers are an allergy trigger or cost-prohibitive, The Vintage Soul team has you covered. They offer a wide variety of silk greenery, garlands, and flowers for you to choose from. They also have soft seating lounges for events, as well as a warehouse full of décor and props exclusive to their clients. Best of all, they’re available to couples at no additional cost!
Elopements Welcome
