Elegant, Romantic, and Vintage
Those are three words I would use to describe this little gem in northwest Arkansas.
Originally built in the 1930’s, and having stayed in the same family for 4 generations and then renovated in 2014, charm overflows from The Ballroom at I Street while still giving you a clean and modern feel.
All-white blank canvas, huge chandeliers, enclosed outdoor courtyard, delicate yet modern decor, could you ask for more? Well they have it.
Such as a wedding coordinator and staff to clean the venue at the end. Yup. You don’t have to clean. Can I get an Amen to that?
You have the property from 9am to midnight. A full day to create the perfect memories. Just you and no other couples trying to squeeze in and share parking or venue space.
First, the bridal party gets ready in the house, where there is a bridal suite, groom suite, groom lounge, brunch room, and house kitchen.
Then your ceremony out in the well-manicured courtyard filled with lush greens during the summer months, or in the breathtaking ballroom during the winter months. They leave no stone unturned when it comes to details. They even have cushioned chairs for the ceremony! So you don't have to worry about those metal or hard plastic chairs leaving an unwanted blemish on your photos. Not to mention that your grandma’s low back will be more than thankful for the added comfort.
The ceremony will be followed up with a magnificent reception in the ballroom. The bright white room feels clean, fresh, and pure. It’s a perfect symbol of the new life before you. Your favorite vendors are welcome to complete your dream so you can feel free to bring in any help and expertise your heart desires.
At the end of the night, when you’re ready to get a headstart on your honeymoon, they offer the bride and groom suites for rent that night. And for everyone else, there is a Doubletree by Hilton nearby that offers shuttle service to and from the venue. Because the last thing you want to worry about on your wedding day is if your guests have made it home safely.

Weddings at the Ballroom on I Street can hold up to 300 guests and will run from $3500-$5500, depending on the day of the week. Their prices are very open and straightforward. The only things they charge extra for are hourly prices past midnight or the overnight room rental - the large room for $120 and the smaller room for $100. Everything else mentioned above is included in the flat fee. And the only discount applied is for if you bring in your own planner/coordinator.
A mother and daughter own this company and their desire is to provide the best personal service. They are a fabulous duo with passion and a love for what they do. If you have any questions, would like a tour, or just want to see if your wedding date is available, fill out the contact form below!
