Not only does the Stone Chapel at MattLane Farm provide the tables and chairs for all the party points on their property, but they also have standing cocktail tables and additional bar stations to ensure plenty of fun for you and your guests. Another thing to keep in mind is that the reception area is covered and the doors and windows can be shut, but there is no heating and cooling. So if you are planning your wedding on a very hot or a very cold day, you’ll want to make sure you and your guests are prepared.
Oh, and don’t miss the romantic outdoor patio and garden areas--they’re to die for!
Full 18-hour access on a Saturday will run $5,800. If Friday or Sunday weddings are more your jam, the Stone Chapel at MattLane Farm also provides a more intimate experience for those who want to keep the guest count under 150 and not party into the wee hours of the morning. Not only does this give your wedding a more intimate feel, but it will also keep a little extra cash in your wallet.
While a Friday or Sunday wedding can save you some cash, The opposite is true if you are looking to book on certain holidays. If you are wanting to take advantage of all your friends and family being in town for the 4th of July, Christmas, or New years eve, you can look to pay closer to $7,200.
When the party is over, the classic saying holds true. You can go anywhere you want, but you can’t stay here. In other words, this venue does not have any accommodations on the grounds, so you and all your guests will have to make your way to some of the local hotels, bed and breakfasts, or AirBnb’s. While there are tons of options to choose from, our favorite places that are nice and close is the Chancellor and the Dickson Street Inn. Both are convenient to get to and are close to lots of fun things to do and great places to eat.
