Close your eyes and picture this.. It’s finally the day you have been dreaming of to marry that special person who has your heart. Your guests are arriving oohing and ahhhing at the 60-acre wine vineyard that welcomes them when they pull up to your venue. Now you are ready to walk down the aisle and you open the doors to a unique ruins style chapel to see all your loved ones with eyes on you. After your I do’s, you gather in a breath-taking renovated stable where you will sip wine like a princess until you are ready to call it a night. Sassafras Springs Vineyard is nothing short of the fairytale wedding venue.
Just the beauty of this venue sets it apart from many others. Being inside a wine vineyard gives Sassafras a very eclectic feel. With separate areas for the bride and groom to get ready along with multiple configuration options, they offer convenience along with that beauty.
Picturing something outdoors? The ruins style chapel is a breathtaking option. But if a covered option is more your style, or if mother nature isn’t in tune with your plans, the newly built veranda offers an outdoor but covered setting that overlooks enchantress views of the rest of the property. From there, Sassafras also offers a magnificent reception area in a country chic style horse stable, as well as a tasting room, originated from an old milk barn. Every available space is interchangeable to suit the ceremony and reception of your dreams!
Sassafras Springs Vinyard also has a large list of included options that will help any bride on a budget stretch their money the extra mile. You name it, they probably have it. Tables, linens, chairs, and even centerpieces! Whaaaaat!? That is a huge time saver if you ask me! Flat screens, wireless microphones, bartender and bar set up. The bartender will even provide tea, water, and lemonade. The only thing you will need to bring is beer and wine which can also be ordered at Sassafras with an extra cost. To add to the list, they also offer chargers, china, glasses, and silverware. So many things to check off your list! All you’ll need is a DJ, florals, food, and a photographer. Wowza! Not a lot of venues you find will have so much included with the overall price. Depending on the day of the week you would like to use, your cost will range from $2,900-$5,900.
When the night has finally come to a close and the festivities have ended, the last thing you want to do is worry about cleaning up. With Sassafras Springs Vinyard, not only will they set up for you, but they will also clean up for you. So all you need to do is enjoy your night with your family and friends. When it’s time to call it a night, you have the option of staying in Sassafras Lodge. This newly constructed lodge is a 4-bedroom 5-bath building that is just a short walk from the venue. If you have this lodge, it also makes for a great getting ready area or an area for friends and family to relax before the wedding starts.
If you rather stay in an area that can accommodate all your guests, there is also the Marriott and Fairfield hotels that are located about 15 minutes from Sassafras Springs Vinyard. If you are looking for some nightlife options to keep the party going, Dickson Street is an easy 15-minute drive from the venue as well.
When talking to a previous bride about why she chose Sassafras over other venues she stated, “I was immediately taken back by the beauty of the property, the first impression when you pull up is like no other.” She also stated she barely had to spend money on decorations because sassafras was already so gorgeous and timeless on its own.
To make Sassafras even more unique they also offer customized products like wine labels, art, and wine barrel lazy Susan’s! So many great things about this astonishing venue.
