Say It With Style

We mentioned fashion, so what do Meredith Events describe as its aesthetic? Simply put, whatever you envision. Meredith tries to keep her style out of the design so the bride’s vision can flourish. She does, however, have one trademark.

“I do like clean lines and minimalism as much as possible,” she says. “Even my most over-the-top weddings showcase a uniformity that is modus operandi.”

Darling Package

For a bride who wants to be as hands-on as possible in the wedding day preparations, but still would benefit from wedding day management, there is the Darling Package. This package offers more of a focus on concierge service and ceremony/rehearsal production. 

It includes design consultation, wedding rehearsal coordination, assistance in creating a wedding timeline and access to planning printables, vendor confirmation, coordination of the day of, and set up/clean up assistance.

Designer Package

In the age of social distancing, Meredith Events knows it’s sometimes hard to get together face to face. The Designer Package works to bridge that gap, giving brides the benefit of full planning services with the convenience of virtual coordination.

This package includes design consulting, vendor sourcing/vetting/virtual meetings, ceremony and reception coordination, wedding timeline and planning printables, vendor confirmation, and set up/clean up assistance.

Divine Package

Meredith Events elite package is for the couple who wants to show up to their wedding and dance the night away, without stressing the small stuff in the lead-up. The Divine Package takes care of every little detail. Like the other packages, it offers coordination on the day of, setup and cleanup assistance, wedding timeline and printables, as well as design consulting. But it goes a step further in offering full vendor sourcing/meeting/consultations, monthly check ins with in person follow-ups, unlimited correspondence, and wedding rehearsal coordination. Your big day will be all joy and no hassle with Meredith Events taking the reins!                                                                                                        

Let’s Talk Budgeting

Knowing how much you want to spend is a critical first step in the planning process. According to Meredith, couples typically spend about 10% of their budget on a wedding planner. She advises those she works with to expect to spend about $25,000 on their ceremony and reception.

Have Wedding, Will Travel

Meredith Events specializes in events held in Northwest and Central Arkansas. But they’re willing to go the extra mile for the couples they work with! Those looking to plan an out-of-state wedding can still get the help they need for only an additional $250. Looking at a destination wedding? You’re in luck! Special pricing is available for some destination wedding locations. Details are available upon request.
